Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Malaysia and to Singapore. Delivery charges are shown at checkout for eligible items and destinations.

Kuala Lumpur
Standard delivery is RM15 per order, including bulky items.

Other areas in West Malaysia
Standard delivery is RM15 per order. Orders containing bulky items are charged RM25 per order.

East Malaysia & Singapore
Shipping rates for eligible standard items are shown at checkout. For bulky or oversized items, please contact hello@fego.me with the product name, quantity and delivery postcode for a quotation before placing your order. These items may be unavailable for checkout to your destination.

Made-to-order items
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Your piece may be ready sooner; contact us before ordering if you need it by a specific date. Delivery time is additional to production time.

Delivery updates
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or customs clearance.
